باستخدامك منصة سايبرز (cybers-sa.com)، وتسمى «المنصة» أو «نحن»، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها فنرجو عدم استخدام المنصة.

1. ما هي المنصة

سايبرز دليل مجاني يجمع الفعاليات والمعسكرات والدورات والورش والبرامج والفرص الوظيفية، ويعرضها في مكان واحد. نحن لسنا الجهة المنظمة للفعاليات، ولسنا صاحب العمل في الوظائف المعروضة، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة في الإعلان نفسه.

2. دقة المعلومات

المعلومات المنشورة مصدرها الجهات المنظمة أو الزوار. نراجعها قدر الإمكان، لكننا لا نضمن دقتها أو اكتمالها أو حداثتها، ولا نضمن استمرار الفعالية أو الوظيفة أو بقاء مواعيدها وشروطها كما هي. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التأكد من الجهة المنظمة أو صاحب العمل قبل التسجيل أو الحضور أو التقديم.

3. الروابط الخارجية

تنقلك روابط التسجيل إلى مواقع طرف ثالث. لا نتحكم في محتواها ولا في سياسات خصوصيتها، ولا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عنها.

4. التقديم على الوظائف

• تقديمك طلبًا لا يعني ضمان مقابلة أو توظيف. قرار القبول يعود لصاحب الوظيفة.
• تقر بأن المعلومات والسيرة الذاتية التي ترسلها صحيحة، وأنك صاحب الحق في تقديمها.
• لا ترفع ملفات ضارة أو تخص شخصًا آخر، ولا تضمّن في سيرتك بيانات حساسة غير لازمة، مثل أرقام الهوية أو الحسابات البنكية.
• لا نتقاضى أي رسوم من المتقدمين. إذا طلبت منك أي جهة مالًا مقابل وظيفة معروضة عندنا فأبلغنا فورًا.

5. إضافة الفعاليات

من يرسل فعالية يقر بأنه مخوّل بنشرها وأن معلوماتها صحيحة، ويمنحنا إذنًا غير حصري بعرضها على المنصة. نحتفظ بحق قبول الطلب أو رفضه أو تعديله أو حذفه في أي وقت. المنصة مخصصة للفعاليات المجانية.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع إرسال محتوى كاذب أو مضلل أو مسيء أو مخالف للأنظمة، ويُمنع رفع برمجيات خبيثة، ومحاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين، والإرسال الآلي أو المتكرر بغرض الإزعاج. يحق لنا حظر أي استخدام مخالف دون إشعار.

7. الملكية الفكرية

تصميم المنصة وشعارها وشيفرتها ملك لسايبرز. أما أسماء الجهات المنظمة وشعاراتها فهي ملك لأصحابها وتُعرض للتعريف بالفعالية أو الوظيفة فقط، ولا يعني عرضها وجود شراكة أو تأييد.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم المنصة «كما هي» وبدون ضمانات من أي نوع. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن الاعتماد على المعلومات المنشورة، أو حضور فعالية، أو التقديم على وظيفة، أو التعامل مع طرف ثالث، أو انقطاع الخدمة أو فقدان البيانات. ولا يشمل ذلك أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظامًا.

9. التعديل على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري التعديلات من تاريخ نشرها في هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

10. النظام الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص بالفصل في أي نزاع الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.

سياسة الخصوصية

نحترم خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة ما البيانات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، وكيف نحميها، وما هي حقوقك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

عند التقديم على وظيفة

الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال، ورابط لينكدإن (اختياري)، وسنوات الخبرة، وإجاباتك على أسئلة الوظيفة، والسيرة الذاتية وما تتضمنه من بيانات.

عند إرسال فعالية

بيانات الفعالية، ووسيلة التواصل التي تكتبها.

بيانات تقنية

نحوّل عنوان IP إلى قيمة مشفّرة لا يمكن إرجاعها إلى العنوان الأصلي، ونستخدمها فقط لمنع الإساءة والتقديم المتكرر، ولا نخزّن العنوان نفسه. قد تحتفظ Cloudflare، مزود الاستضافة والحماية، بسجلات تقنية أساسية.

ما لا نفعله

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) ولا أدوات تتبّع إعلانية ولا خدمات تحليلات خارجية. نحتسب فقط أرقامًا مجمّعة ومجهولة في قاعدة بياناتنا، مثل عدد الزيارات، وعدد النقرات على الفعاليات والوظائف، وكلمات البحث المستخدمة، ولا نربطها بهويتك. ولحساب عدد الزوار نستخدم قيمة مشفّرة تتغير كل يوم ولا يمكن إرجاعها إلى عنوانك. يحفظ متصفحك على جهازك فقط بيانات التقديم (الاسم والبريد والجوال وغيرها) ليعبّئها تلقائيًا في المرة القادمة، ويمكنك حذفها من إعدادات المتصفح. وتحمّل الصفحات خطوطًا من خدمة Google Fonts، وقد يصل عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى Google بسبب ذلك.

3. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك

• مراجعة طلبات التوظيف وتصنيفها والتواصل معك بشأنها.
• مراجعة الفعاليات المرسلة ونشرها والتواصل مع مرسلها.
• حماية المنصة من الإساءة والرسائل المزعجة.

4. مع من نشارك بياناتك

• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها.
• قد نشارك بيانات التقديم وسيرتك الذاتية مع الجهة صاحبة الوظيفة، لغرض التوظيف فقط.
• مزودو الخدمات التقنية الذين يشغّلون المنصة، مثل Cloudflare، بصفتهم معالجين للبيانات.
• الجهات الرسمية، إذا طُلب ذلك بموجب النظام.

5. مكان التخزين

تُخزَّن البيانات على خدمات Cloudflare السحابية، وقد تُعالَج خارج المملكة. نتخذ إجراءات لحمايتها، منها: لوحة إدارة محمية بتحقق من الهوية، وعدم عرض السير الذاتية علنًا، وإتاحتها لمسؤول المنصة فقط. وبتقديمك البيانات فإنك توافق على هذه المعالجة.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحذف طلبات التوظيف وسيرها الذاتية بعد إغلاق الوظيفة وانتهاء الاختيار، وفي كل الأحوال خلال 90 يومًا من إغلاقها، أو قبل ذلك عند طلبك. وتُحفظ بيانات طلبات الفعاليات للمدة اللازمة لمراجعتها ونشرها، ويمكنك طلب حذفها في أي وقت.

7. حقوقك

لك الحق في معرفة بياناتك التي نحتفظ بها، والاطلاع عليها، وطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على contact@cybers-sa.com من البريد الذي قدّمت به، وسنرد عليك خلال 30 يومًا.

8. أمان البيانات

نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS)، ونقيّد الوصول للوحة الإدارة. ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، ولا نستطيع ضمان الحماية المطلقة.

9. من يحق له التقديم

التقديم على الوظائف لمن بلغ السن النظامية للعمل. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات الأطفال.

10. تحديث السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونعرض آخر تاريخ تحديث في أعلاها. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

Terms and Conditions

By using Cybers_SA (cybers-sa.com), referred to as "the Platform" or "we", you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What the Platform is

Cybers_SA is a free directory that lists events, bootcamps, courses, workshops, programs and job opportunities in one place. We are not the organizer of listed events and not the employer of listed jobs, unless a listing clearly says otherwise.

2. Accuracy of information

Listings come from organizers or visitors. We review them as far as we can, but we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or up to date, or that an event or job will continue to exist or keep its dates and conditions. You are responsible for verifying with the organizer or employer before registering, attending or applying.

3. External links

Registration links lead to third-party websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

4. Applying for jobs

• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. The decision belongs to the employer.
• You confirm that the information and CV you submit are accurate and that you have the right to submit them.
• Do not upload harmful files or files belonging to someone else, and do not include unnecessary sensitive data in your CV, such as ID numbers or bank details.
• We never charge applicants any fee. If anyone asks you for money in connection with a listing here, report it to us immediately.

5. Submitting events

Anyone who submits an event confirms that they are authorized to publish it and that its details are accurate, and grants us a non-exclusive permission to display it on the Platform. We may accept, reject, edit or remove any submission at any time. The Platform is intended for free events.

6. Acceptable use

You must not submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, upload malware, attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform or access other people's data, or send automated or repeated submissions to cause nuisance. We may block any violating use without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, logo and code belong to Cybers_SA. Names and logos of organizers belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the event or job; displaying them does not imply partnership or endorsement.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from relying on listed information, attending an event, applying for a job, dealing with a third party, service interruptions or data loss. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

2. Data we collect

When you apply for a job

Your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn link (optional), years of experience, your answers to the job's questions, and your CV with the data it contains.

When you submit an event

The event details and the contact method you enter.

Technical data

We convert your IP address into an irreversible hashed value, used only to prevent abuse and repeated submissions; we do not store the IP address itself. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may keep basic technical logs.

What we do not do

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics services. We only count aggregated, anonymous numbers in our own database, such as the number of visits, clicks on events and jobs, and search terms used, and we do not link them to your identity. To count visitors we use an encrypted value that changes every day and cannot be traced back to your address. Your browser stores your application details (name, email, phone, etc.) on your device only, to prefill the form next time; you can delete them from your browser settings. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your IP address may reach Google as a result.

3. Why we use your data

• To review and classify job applications and contact you about them.
• To review, publish and follow up on submitted events.
• To protect the Platform from abuse and spam.

4. Who we share it with

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We may share your application details and CV with the employer of the job you applied for, for recruitment purposes only.
• Technical service providers that run the Platform, such as Cloudflare, acting as data processors.
• Government authorities, where required by law.

5. Where data is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's cloud services and may be processed outside the Kingdom. We take protective measures, including an identity-protected admin panel, no public display of CVs, and access limited to the Platform administrator. By submitting your data you consent to this processing.

6. Retention

We delete job applications and CVs after the job is closed and selection is finished, and in any case within 90 days of closing, or earlier on your request. Event submission data is kept for as long as needed to review and publish it, and you may ask for its deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to access it, to request correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@cybers-sa.com from the address you applied with, and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Data security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to the admin panel. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. Who may apply

Job applications are for people who have reached the legal working age. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy and will show the latest update date at the top. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept it.
